Chicken Pasta Salad

2 cups uncooked mini bowtie pasta
2 cups mayo
¼ cup half and half
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoon pepper
4 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 cups halved green grapes
2 cups chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped celery

Cook pasta, drain and rinse with cold water. In bowl combine mayo, half and half, salt, lemon juice and pepper. Stir in pasta chicken and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Serve plain, over lettuce, or in a croissant.

Thanks Ton! I'm struggling for ideas and this sounds easy enough for me. I've been meaning to get on here, but alas...nothing new to report. Look at you, a week or two away from delivering a third baby and you're still going strong on the blogs.

Yeah, totally. I was like that too. Anything to keep your mind off the contractions that you wonder "Is this it?"

I'm going to make this next week. Heading to the grocery store tomorrow. This sounds so good. I tried to get London Broil, but my store DID NOT HAVE IT. Total bummer. I've got to make those french dips someday.
