2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c.vegetable oil
1/4 c. wheat germ
8 eggs
Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth. Cook on a very hot, lightly oiled griddle until lightly browned. Flip and brown the other side. They cook a little slower than regular pancakes.
